1. School Education and Literacy Department - Public School Korangi, Karachi
The School has entered into a lease agreement with the Government of Sindh, School Education & Literacy Department to acquire the premises of the Korangi Public School, Karachi for a lease of 30 years. The lease was granted on the condition that the School shall rehabilitate, re-construct the School building and initiate education activities in Korangi Public School and shall not charge any management fee for looking after the management of the School. The agreement of lease may be extendable as mutually agreed by the parties.
Under the lease agreement, the lessor shall provide a single line grant of Rs. 50 million to the lessee for the provision of quality education to an approximate number of five hundred (611) students after rehabilitation and full operation within two years of signing of the agreement.
The lease agreement was signed in the year 2018 between the Government of Sindh School Education and Literacy Department, Government of Sindh (Referred as Lessor) and Sindh School System Welfare Foundation.
2. Sindh Education Foundation - Scholarship Support
The Hostel in the premises of Public School Korangi, Karachi has entered into a contract agreement with the Government of Sindh, School Education Foundation to acquire the premises of the Public School Korangi, Karachi. The contract was granted on the condition that the subsidy of 39 Boarder students shall be provided, and no management fee will be charged for looking after the management of the School. The agreement of contract may be extendable as mutually agreed by the parties.
Under the contract, the lessor shall provide a quarterly subsidy to the lessee for the provision of quality education to an approximate number of Thirty-nine (39) students after rehabilitation and full operation within one year of signing the agreement.
The contract agreement was signed in the year 2022 between the Government of Sindh School Education Foundation, Government of Sindh (Referred as Lessor) and Sindh School System Welfare Foundation (Referred as Lessee).
3. Sindh Education Foundation - People’s Schools Program
The School has entered into a contract agreement with the Government of Sindh, School Education Foundation to acquire the premises of the People’s School Program, Thatta for a contract of 5 years. The contract was granted on the condition that the School shall rehabilitate, re-construct the School building and initiate education activities in People’s School Program Thatta and shall not charge any management fee for looking after the management of the School. The agreement of contract may be extendable as mutually agreed by the parties.
Under the contract, the lessor shall provide a quarterly subsidy to the lessee for the provision of quality education to an approximate number of one hundred and ninety-three (493) students after rehabilitation and full operation within one year of signing of the agreement.
The contract agreement was signed in the year 2022 between the Government of Sindh School Education Foundation, Government of Sindh (Referred as Lessor) and Sindh School System Welfare Foundation (Referred as Lessee).
